This individual is responsible for sourcing and nurturing listing leads to convert to appointments to sell and coordinating efforts with buyers agents to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer. This will include all manner of customer contact including calls, texts, emails, face-to-face meetings, mailings etc. In addition, the listing specialist will be responsible for doing CMA's, doing pricing recommendations, staging consultations, measuring, taking photos, filling out paperwork, entering listings in the MLS, meeting agents at the home, attending inspections and/or appraisals, negotiating contracts, attending settlements, and any other task required to get the sale to settlement.

This individual is responsible for working under the direction of the listing agent to make sure that seller clients receive the best possible outcome when selling their home. This is less a sales role and more project management. The listing assistant manages the deliverables to get a home on the market and showing. This might include helping with market research to do CMA's, assisting with staging, taking measurements, photos, installing signs and lockboxes, running documents, setting up for open houses, and any other tasks that might be necessary to get a home on the market, under contract, and to settlement.
